Introduction and research history
We are five IBMS pupils who happen to be learning to carry out a proper researching the market during the training course Introduction to Market Research (IMR). In the IMR job we focus on the macro- and microenvironment of the product. We is going to research the potential of our picked product in the Dutch marketplace. The product we have chosen is a beer from Uganda named Nile Unique and it's manufactured by Nile Breweries. Nile Breweries was founded in 1951 by a group of business men associated with the Structure of Owen Falls Atteinte at the Way to obtain River Earth. Muljibhai Madhvani and Firm, an Asian-Ugandan entrepreneur bought and work the company between 1957 and 1971. In 1971 the company changed management because Idi Amin expelled Asians from Uganda. In 1992 the Ugandan government delivered the management of the brewery to the Madhavani Group. It currently creates 8 kinds of beer which include castle lager, Club Pilsner, Nile particular, Redds, Chairman's, Grolsch, Nile Gold, Eagle larger and also other smaller and fewer popular sodas. Since 06\, a large amount of money has been put in to acquire cutting edge machinery as a result helping ability of the industry�s production maximize. Nile Breweries have a vision as the leader in market share, item quality and stay a highly positioned beer globally. This means they are aiming to become a dominant power in today's market and top of this, they have set a quest stating that they want to be a consumer's first choice1.
In our exploration, we lay down the focus about competition, client and the market. We must become familiar with those three factors comprehensive. We simply cannot consult our client regarding entering the Dutch marketplace without any angles on industry structure, immediate & in-direct competitors, replacement unit competitors, how a market is organised and which usually price point matches our target group. This proposal is centered on how we possess planned to conduct this research to get our client Nile Breweries. We is going to explain entirely detail using what resources we all will collect our data needed to be able to a summary and how we have those solutions.
Study question and objectives
In order to conduct an appropriate market research it is necessary to clarify what we should want to find from this exploration. What are the objectives and just how do we want to achieve them? More importantly, exactly what are the queries we are searching the answer pertaining to? To be clear about what exactly we could investigating, we must form a proper research question. With the analysis question, we can break that down to subwoofer questions and sub-objectives.

Can it be profitable to integrate the client's merchandise (a regional beer) inside the Dutch industry?
Central Study objective.
Deliver information to the client, on whether they will need to integrate all their product in the Dutch marketplace or certainly not.
The marketplace environment can be divided into two groups, the microenvironment as well as the macro environment. Both micro- and macro environment impact a company within a certain method. The difference among these two is the fact within the microenvironment we recognize the stars that are doing work very close having a company while in the macro environment the forces are not working close at all.
